"Tica Linda" meaning beautiful woman. The Analynn Acuňa family has been growing coffee from the Tica Linda farm for over 27 years. They have 125 hectares of land, but they decided to use only 15 hectares for growing coffee. The remaining 115 hectares are used for afforestation! Areas previously used for logging or cleared for agricultural purposes are now reforested by the family.
Since 2015, Analynn has invested in their own micromill and they process their coffee themselves to ensure its quality. In keeping with the farm's sustainable mindset, all water used for processing is reused and recycled. This prevents the pollution of rivers and streams.
