Order placement policy

Making an order

The Customer can place Orders on the Site, by adding the desired Products and/or Services to the shopping cart. Completion of the Order is done by making the payment through one of the methods available on the Site. The order is not considered valid before it is completed, paid, and before the confirmation of acceptance of the Order by Coffee Dive.

By completing the Order, the Customer confirms that all the data provided by him are correct, complete and real, and accepts to be contacted by Coffee Dive through the available means when contacting the Customer is necessary.

After accepting an Order received from the customer, Coffee Dive reserves the right to cancel the respective Order, with the Customer’s information, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other and without any party being able to claim damages from the other party, in the following cases :

non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Customer’s card, of the Transaction;

subsequent invalidation of the Transaction by the card processor approved by Coffee Dive;

the data provided by the Client, on the Site, are incomplete and/or incorrect;

in case the OP payment was not collected in the Coffee Dive account

To the extent that the Customer places an Order and carries out the Payment Transaction for its price and, subsequently, Coffee Dive is unable to accept the Order, the latter will inform the Customer about this aspect, and order the return of the amount paid by the Customer within a maximum of 24 working hours, on the payment details of the bank account from which the payment was made, if the customer does not accept the alternative proposed by Coffee Dive, if an alternative is possible.

The price and payment method

The prices of the Products and Services presented on the Site are expressed in Lei (RON) and include VAT. Coffee Dive reserves the right to change the prices on the Site without prior notice.

The prices of the Products and Services are those displayed on the Site at the time of placing the Order. The displayed prices include VAT rates. according to law.

The price is paid by the Customer using the means of payment provided and presented on the Site. Netopia Payments is the card processor.

The price and the method of payment are specified in each Order, being displayed in the last step of placing the Orders. Coffee Dive will issue an invoice to the Client for the Products supplied and the Services rendered, the Client being obliged to provide all the necessary information to generate the fiscal document.

Coffee Dive will send the Customer the invoice related to the Order accepted exclusively in electronic format, by adding the invoice to the Customer’s Account or by sending it electronically to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.

For correct Invoicing and for Delivery to the correct address, the Customer has the obligation to update his data in his Customer Account every time it changes.


The transport cost will be highlighted in the Order, at the end of the Order registration procedure and will be included in the total payment amount. Coffee Dive is not and cannot be responsible for any other costs of any kind incurred by the Customer for making online payments for Products and/or Services, including but not limited to currency conversion fees applied by the bank issuing his card , if the currency of its issuance differs from RON or different bank commissions charged by the respective unit. The responsibility for this action rests with the Customer.

Coffee Dive will deliver the Products and/or Services ordered by the Customer, by using specialized courier companies in a door-to-door courier system or in easybox locations. The delivery address is indicated by the Customer when placing the Order. To the extent that this address will change after the Order is issued, and the order is already at the courier, the Customer will contact the courier directly and bear any fee requested by the courier company for changing the delivery address.

The time interval for deliveries is the schedule of the courier company, being assumed by the Customer by placing the order, Coffee Dive not having any responsibility towards the customer regarding the delivery made by the courier companies.

If the Customer is not available to make the delivery, the courier company will contact the Customer on the contact phone number provided, trying to make the delivery, and if the Customer cannot be contacted or is not available, Coffee Dive is released from the obligation to deliver the Products , considering that all the obligations deriving from the accepted Order have been executed in accordance, at the time of presentation of the courier with the Products to the indicated address. Ownership and risk over the Products will be transferred at the time of delivery made in accordance with the above.


The customer fully assumes the rights and obligations arising from the purchase from the website www.coffeedive.ro and fully accepts the terms and conditions, the method of processing personal data, the return policy, the policy for making orders and delivery, Cookies policy.
